I am a person who loves to travel and hunt. I have two like-minded friends with me, Victoria Cooper and Brian Brewster. Last month, we decided to go hunting at the Nanshan Lake Scenic Area in Nanjing, China to experience different cultures and scenery. We relaxed in the hot springs, released our fatigue, and learned about the history and culture of the area through these activities.
During our trip, we also tasted local cuisine. Liyang dried tofu is a soy-based food made with various seasonings, it has a fragrant and salty taste. Liyang pastry is a type of pastry made with flour, oil, sesame, and other ingredients. It has a crispy exterior and tender and sweet interior. We tasted these traditional delicacies at local snack shops, experiencing the skills and style of the locals. These foods not only allowed us to understand the culture of the Nanshan Lake Scenic Area, but also tasted its unique cuisine, which was very delicious.
We made sufficient preparations for this trip, including researching the geographical environment, climate, and animal species of the Nanshan Lake Scenic Area.
