Hunting is an exciting and fun outdoor activity that can help exercise the body, enhance courage, cultivate patience and observation skills. Last week, my two friends Gordon Henry and Edward Sam and I went hunting at Ai Xi Lake Forest Park in Nanchang, China, and experienced an unforgettable adventure. As night hunting was involved, a night vision binocular was essential equipment. We searched online for many brands and models and ultimately chose the Wildguarder Owler1 night vision binoculars from Shenzhen, China because of its excellent performance and reputation, as well as its reasonable price. During this trip, we not only enjoyed the fun of hunting but also learned about the local culture and cuisine of Nanchang, which gave us a deeper impression and understanding of the city.

Ai Xi Lake Forest Park is the only typical urban natural wetland in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, located on the east bank of Ai Xi Lake in the high-tech development zone, covering an area of more than 2,500 acres, from Chengdong Road in the north to Beijing East Road in the south, from Changdi Road in the east to Ai Xi Lake East Dam in the west, adjacent to the 4.5 square kilometer Ai Xi Lake. It is an ecological treasure trove with rich plant and animal resources, evergreen in all seasons, and has flowers all year round. It is a natural oxygen bar and a paradise for birds.

When we arrived at the park, it was autumn, and the golden and red colors everywhere made us feel the charm of nature. We walked along the lakeside trail and saw various trees and flowers, such as Cercis, Metasequoia, swamp pine, and Chinese date, as well as some lovely animals, such as geese, swans, red-crowned cranes, and gray geese. We occasionally took out the Wildguarder Owler1 night vision binoculars to observe distant scenery and found that the clarity was very high, and we could see many details, and the operation was also straightforward and convenient. We took many beautiful photos and recorded these rare beautiful scenery.

There are many other attractions and facilities in the park, such as the Central Square under construction, golf practice court, meteorological science park, forest museum, forest oxygen bar, etc. We visited some of them and learned about the history and development of the park, feeling the culture and technology of the park. We also rented bicycles in the park and rode along the lake, enjoying the breeze and sunshine. We also found a secluded place in the park to set up a tent, preparing to hunt at night.

When night fell, the park became quieter and more mysterious. We took the Wildguarder Owler1 night vision binoculars and searched for prey in the woods. This night vision binocular has a strong night vision function, which can clearly see the target in the dark, and has a long viewing distance, which allows us to discover prey in advance. We moved quietly in the woods, avoiding alarming any animals. We quickly found a wild rabbit eating grass in the bushes. We aimed at it and shot it. The rabbit fell down and became our first trophy.

We continued hunting in the woods, using the advantages of Wildguarder Owler1 night vision binoculars to capture prey in the dark. We also found some other animals, such as pheasants, wild ducks, wild boars, etc. We tried our best to shoot, sometimes hitting, and sometimes failing. We felt both nervous and excited and encountered some challenges, such as animal alertness, obstacles in the woods, and gun noise.

After hunting, we returned to our tent to rest. We used the Wildguarder Owler1 night vision binoculars to observe the surrounding environment and found that there were no dangerous animals or humans approaching us. We felt safe and relieved, and placed the night vision binoculars beside the tent for easy use. We made a sumptuous dinner with our hunting trophies, tasted the special ingredients and seasonings of Nanchang, and felt very delicious and satisfied. We chatted while eating, sharing our hunting experience and feelings, and also talked about our other activities and plans in Nanchang.

We stayed in Nanchang for three days, besides hunting, we also visited some historical and cultural attractions, such as Tengwang Pavilion, August 1st Memorial Hall, Zhu De’s former residence, etc., learning about the revolutionary history and cultural heritage of Nanchang. We also experienced some local entertainment projects, such as boat tours on the Gan River, water parks, and pedestrian streets, feeling the modern atmosphere and vitality of Nanchang. We also tasted some Nanchang cuisine, such as beef noodles, ice powder, and clay pot soup, feeling very refreshing and appetizing. We felt that Nanchang is a city with both history and modernity, both nature and humanity, which opened our eyes and broadened our horizons.

On the last day in Nanchang, we decided to go to Ai Xi Lake Forest Park again and experience the fun of hunting again. We got up early, brought our Wildguarder Owler1 night vision binoculars, and drove to the park. When we arrived at the park, it was just dawn, and there were not many people in the park. We found a suitable place and started hunting. This time, we not only hunted in the woods but also hunted beside the lake, trying to catch some waterfowl or fish. We used the Wildguarder Owler1 night vision binoculars to observe the lake and found some ducks and geese swimming. We approached them quietly, preparing to shoot. We found that the night vision binoculars have a good function, which can adjust brightness and contrast, allowing us to see clearly under different lighting conditions. We adjusted the parameters of the night vision binoculars to adapt to the morning light, then aimed at a white goose and shot it. The goose fell and landed in the lake. We rushed over, picked it up, and put it in our car.

We continued hunting beside the lake, using the advantages of Wildguarder Owler1 night vision binoculars to capture prey under different lighting conditions. We also found some other animals, such as waterfowl, otters, carp, etc. We tried our best to shoot, sometimes hitting, and sometimes failing. We felt both nervous and excited and encountered some challenges, such as animal speed, lake water fluctuations, and wind effects.
