We ship to all countries exclude countries not shipped to include: Aruba, Bhutan, Brazil, China, Colombia, Comoros, Congo – Kinshasa, Ecuador, Egypt, Falkland Islands, Faroe Islands, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Lesotho, Mauritania, Mongolia, Paraguay, Réunion, Serbia, Somalia, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Suriname, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uruguay, Isle of Man, Greenland.

Shipping Times
The shipping period mentioned in the below guide does not include the order processing time. The order processing time usually takes about 2-7 business days , The shipping period, is only for business days excluding the holidays or non-working days. Shipping times will depends on the country areas.

(Note: The shipping times are a general guide and do not apply to some remote areas.)

Transportation Time:

It usually takes 7-20 working days to ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico, The transportation time required to reach the countries of Great Britain, The transportation time required to reach Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland is 10-25 working days. The box content is replaced by, shipped to the above countries, generally need 20-30 working days.(Except for those mentioned above in the countries).Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

After your order is shipped, please keep the lines open and sign for it in time. If you do not receive the item within 20~35 days after shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not contacted us for more than 35 business days, we will assume that you have received the item.

If you contact us in time after the purchase, we can cancel the order for you, if your payment is completed and the package is not shipped, you can cancel your order before your first rush delivery, and we will refund your money in full payment. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
