We are hunting enthusiasts from the United States. My name is Barry, and my two companions are Kathleen and Gemma. We all love nature and adventure. This time, we decided to go hunting in Chaohu, China because we heard that Chaohu is China’s fifth largest freshwater lake with abundant animal resources and beautiful scenery. We want to experience China’s hunting culture and scenery and challenge our hunting skills.

Since we plan to hunt at night, we need a high-performance night vision device to help us observe and aim at animals. After searching many brands and models online, we chose the Wildguarder brand’s Owler1 night vision binoculars from Shenzhen, China as our hunting equipment. This night vision device has many attractive features, such as:

  • It has a 4x magnification and a 50mm objective lens diameter, which allows us to see farther and clearer images.
  • It has three night vision modes: black and white, green, and red, which can be switched according to different environments and light conditions to improve contrast and clarity.
  • It has a built-in infrared illuminator that provides additional light in complete darkness to enhance night vision.
  • It has a built-in camera and recorder that can shoot and record high-definition videos and support WIFI connection, which can transmit videos to mobile phones or tablets in real-time.
  • It has a waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof design that can adapt to various harsh weather and terrain conditions.

We think this night vision device is very suitable for our needs, so we ordered three online and received them quickly. We couldn’t wait to open the package, check the appearance and function of the product, and found that everything was as described, without any damage or defects. We happily packed them in our backpacks and prepared to go to Chaohu.

Chaohu City is located in the middle of Anhui Province, southern Jianghuai Hills, between Hefei and Wuhu. It is a place with a long history, beautiful scenery, and rich culture. It has numerous natural landscapes such as islands, sandbars, peninsulas, harbors, rivers, and swamps. It is also an ecological treasure trove with multiple rare and endangered animals and plants.

Our hunting experience in Chaohu was very memorable and exciting. We chose to hunt at night because it allowed us to better observe and capture some nocturnal animals such as wild boars, foxes, and rabbits. We used Wildguarder’s Owler1 night vision binoculars as our hunting equipment. It is a professional digital night vision binoculars that can clearly see objects 500 meters away in complete darkness.

owler1 night vision binoculars have many advantages that make our hunting more smooth and safe. Firstly, it has 20x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom that enable us to observe and lock targets from a long distance. Secondly, it has a 2-inch TFT display screen that allows us to see clear images on a large screen. Thirdly, it has various functions such as taking photos, recording videos and playback, which allow us to record our hunting process and achievements. Fourthly, it has a powerful infrared light that emits 5 watts of brightness in the dark, enabling us to see more details.

Of course, owler1 night vision binoculars also have some shortcomings and room for improvement. For example, it requires 8 AA batteries to operate, which increases its weight and volume. Also, the battery life is not very long, so if the hunting time is too long, we may need to bring spare batteries. Additionally, its price may be a bit expensive for some hunting enthusiasts.

Overall, we are very satisfied and trust owler1 night vision binoculars, as it has brought us a lot of fun and rewards in our hunting in Chao Lake. We have successfully captured several wild rabbits and a wild boar without any danger or accidents. We believe that owler1 night vision binoculars are a recommended and worthwhile digital night vision binoculars to purchase.

Apart from hunting, we also experienced the local culture and food specialties around Chao Lake. The food culture of Chao Lake has a long history and a wide variety, mainly belonging to the Huizhou cuisine. It emphasizes knife skills, fine production, delicious soup, and good color, fragrance, and taste. Here, we tasted the famous “Three Treasures of Chao Lake” (silverfish, lake crabs, and beautiful white shrimps), “Three Fresh Fish of the Yangtze River” (sturgeon, hairtail, and pufferfish), and the renowned Dongguan Old Goose Soup, Wuwei Roasted Duck, and Xiangxue Duck. We also tried some specialty snacks, such as pickled vegetable juice steamed tofu, Wujiang King Pastry, and more. Each dish was delicious and left us raving.

Besides food, we also experienced cultural activities around Chao Lake. We visited the Chao Lake Museum, learned about the history and culture of Chao Lake, and appreciated the folk art and handicrafts of Chao Lake. We also went to Chao Lake Park, admired the beauty and ecology of Chao Lake, and felt the natural scenery and humanistic atmosphere of Chao Lake. We also interacted with local residents, felt their enthusiasm and friendliness, and learned about their lifestyle and customs.

In conclusion, our hunting trip to Chao Lake was a memorable and enjoyable experience. We not only enjoyed the fun and challenge of hunting but also experienced the food and culture of Chao Lake. We were amazed and impressed by China’s natural resources and cultural diversity and expressed our gratitude and support for the Wildguarder brand and products. We hope to have the opportunity to come back here again and continue to explore and discover more wonders and beauty.
