I am a person who loves hunting. Hunting is not only a sport for me, but also a way to explore nature and challenge myself. This time, my two friends Alger Jacob and Arvin Sapir and I went hunting in Chaya Mountain, Zhumadian, Henan, China. It is a 5A scenic spot with the culture of Journey to the West, unique terrain, and strange rocks, which makes it an ideal hunting location. As we planned to hunt at night, we chose the owl1 night vision binoculars from the Chinese brand wildguarder in Shenzhen. It is a professional night vision binoculars that can observe and track prey in complete darkness, with various functions such as taking pictures, recording, and playback. Through this hunting trip, I tested the performance and effects of the owl1 night vision binoculars with practical experience, while also learning about the local customs, and local cuisine.
Chaya Mountain is a 5A scenic spot with the culture of Journey to the West, located in Suiping County, Zhumadian City, Henan Province, 180 kilometers away from Zhengzhou City and 300 kilometers away from Wuhan City. Chaya Mountain is located on the east edge of the Yunmeng Mountain in the Funiu Mountain Range, also known as Linglong Mountain and Shihou Xianshan. The mountain is rugged and has strange rocks, with nine major landscapes, nine famous peaks, nine famous caves, nine famous sheds, and nine strange rocks, with over 100 scenic spots and over 30 famous scenic spots. Chaya Mountain’s granite pictographic landscape is diverse, with amazing works such as the “Number One Stone Monkey in the World,” “Flying Stone,” and “Dinghai Divine Needle.” Chaya Mountain is also a national geological park, national forest park, and national key cultural relics protection unit, with rich natural resources and cultural history.
We chose to stay in Chaya Mountain Hot Spring Town, where there are many accommodation options such as Chaya Mountain Hot Spring Resort Hotel, Hot Spring Wooden Villa, and Hot Spring Bathhouse Villa. We stayed in a Hot Spring Wooden Villa, which gave us a strong rural atmosphere and a warm and comfortable environment. The interior decoration of the villa is exquisite, with complete facilities and a private hot spring pool, which allows us to enjoy the nourishment and relaxation of natural hot springs at any time. Outside the villa is a lush lawn and flowers, as well as some cute animals such as rabbits, chickens, and ducks, which makes us feel like we are in nature.
We stayed in Chaya Mountain Hot Spring Town for two days, during which we visited the main scenic spots of Chaya Mountain, such as Amber Peak, Flying Stone, Baogong Temple, Songzi Guanyin Stone, and Fengminggu Forest Park. We also took the magic carpet of the scenic spot to the mountain to fight against the Black Wind Monster and experience the classic scenes of Journey to the West. We used the owl1 night vision binoculars to capture many beautiful landscapes and animals, feeling the high-definition picture quality and powerful functions of the owl1 night vision binoculars. We also used the owl1 night vision binoculars to observe the stars and moon at night, feeling the super night vision ability of the owl1 night vision binoculars. We are very satisfied with the owl1 night vision binoculars and believe it is a recommended night vision binoculars.
Chaya Mountain not only has beautiful natural scenery but also has rich wildlife resources, making it a paradise for hunting enthusiasts. We rented an off-road vehicle in Chaya Mountain Hot Spring Town and prepared for a hunting trip in the mountains. We brought the owl1 night vision binoculars, which can observe and track prey in complete darkness and have various functions such as taking pictures, recording, and playback.
We set off around 4pm and drove deeper into the mountains along a mountain road. Along the way, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Chaiya Mountain, such as Mila Peak, Feilaishi, Baogong Temple, etc. We also saw some wild animals, such as wild rabbits, pheasants, ducks, etc., but we didn’t get out of the car to shoot them because we wanted bigger prey. We used the owler1 night vision binoculars to observe the tracks and feces of some animals, and identified the places where wild boars, wild sheep, and deer appeared.
After driving in the mountains for over an hour, we finally found a suitable place to park. Here is a valley, with towering peaks on both sides, and a small stream in the middle. We judged that this is where animals come to drink and feed, so we decided to camp here and wait. We parked the car by the grass, set up the tent, and prepared our guns and ammunition. We also used the owler1 night vision binoculars to scan the surrounding environment to ensure there was no danger.
As the sky darkened, we lit a bonfire and grilled some food to eat. We chatted and shared our hunting experiences and thoughts. We were all looking forward to harvesting some large animals tonight. We used the owler1 night vision binoculars from time to time to see if there were any animals on the grassland. At around 9pm, we saw a group of deer walking out of the forest and heading towards the stream. We immediately got excited, picked up our guns and owler1 night vision binoculars, quietly got out of the car, and sneaked towards the grassland. We were about 50 meters away from the deer, and we adjusted the magnification of the owler1 night vision binoculars, aimed at the largest male deer. We waited for the best moment, and when the deer lowered its head to drink water, we both pulled the trigger and fired two shots. The deer fell down, and the other deer panicked and fled. We quickly ran to the deer, confirmed that it was dead, and took some photos with the owler1 night vision binoculars to record our trophy. We dragged the deer to the side of the car, cut open its belly with a knife, removed its internal organs and heart. We buried the internal organs in the ground and kept the heart, ready to cook and eat it later. We washed the deer’s bloodstains with water and put it in the trunk of the car. We packed up our guns and ammunition and returned to the tent. We grilled some meat over the bonfire, added the heart and some seasonings, and enjoyed a hearty dinner. We used the owler1 night vision binoculars to replay the hunting process, feeling the thrill and achievement. We chatted for a while and then went to sleep.
During the hunting process, we not only enjoyed the natural scenery of Chaiya Mountain but also experienced the cultural atmosphere and cuisine of Chaiya Mountain Hot Spring Town. Chaiya Mountain Hot Spring Town is a comprehensive resort that combines hot springs, ecology, culture, and tourism, located in Chaiya Mountain Scenic Area in Suiping County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province.

This Chaiya Mountain hunting trip is one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. My companions and I felt the excitement and fun of hunting in the forests of Chaiya Mountain, and also exercised our physical and mental strength. We received help from the owler1 night vision binoculars during this trip, which is a very advanced and practical night vision binoculars, allowing us to observe and track prey clearly in the dark, improving our hunting efficiency and safety. Its advantages are clear picture, simple operation, lightweight, long battery life, etc., and its disadvantages are high price, need for charging, not waterproof, etc. Overall, it is a night vision binoculars worth recommending.
